Meeting planner
What is this?
This is a system to assist employees of the University of Luxembourg in finding a common date for a meeting.
Setting up a new meeting is restricted to UNI.LU employees only. Responding to an invitation can be from everywhere in the world (A web browser and an email address are required).
How does it work?
- The organizer creates a new meeting by entering a title and proposing a possible dates for this event.
- The system returns two links:
- One to be sent by email to every participant, possibly adding additional informations.
- One to monitor the results of the poll.
- The participants can select one or more of the dates suggested on the webpage which
can be reached by the link in the invitation email.
- The system then helps the organizer decide which date suits everyone best.
Meetings will expire and removed automatically.
